The unit is propelled by a belt-driven compressor installed to the vehicle engine as well as by electric system of the vehicle.
| A condenser unit installed on the roof of the vehicle increases the overall height of the vehicle by only 186 mm. In a vehicle with a separate body, the condenser may alternatively be installed on the front wall of the body. The water heating available as an optional extra uses efficiently the waste heat of the engine for heating the body space. The equipment is easy and simple to use by the help of a thermostat installed in the cabin.
