Lumikko Oy that has manufactured vehicle refrigeration units in Seinäjoki (Finland) for 35 years, has signed a contract to deliver 70 pcs Lumikko 300D refrigeration units to the the second largest grocery chain in the world Tesco in Slovak and Czech. Tesco will manage its foodstuff delivery chain by means of semi-trailers.
This is Lumikko Oy’s first big delivery to the new market area.
The refrigeration units will be delivered during 2005 and 2006.
Semi-trailers will be equipped also with Lumikko OptiTemp III temperature recorder and a dual temperature system.
